PPP/SSS STAMPtember Collaboration!

Good evening! Dropping by tonight to share a couple cards made with the newest STAMPtember collaboration with Simon Says Stamp - this time with Pretty Pink Posh! It is a GORGEOUS set - called Damask Greetings - very unique, fun, and different - I had tons of fun with it!

Isn't it lovely? For my first card, I stamped several of the images toward the top in a fun color combo and in a loose sort of pattern across a panel of white cardstock die cut with a Stitched Rectangle.

I added the sentiment in black, then glued on some Clear Droplets to the centers of the images. Mounted that panel with foam adhesive on a Fog cardbase - the perfect pale gray to set off my panel and keep the soft color tones!

Next up, I used several of the smaller tile images to create a colorful background!

For this card, I lined up the 6 images in my MISTI so I could stamp it twice and get a nice deep impression. I then flipped my watercolor paper around to stamp it again - it worked perfectly!

I used several colors of distress ink to watercolor a loose circle on each tile in a random color combo, misted with water to let the colors run a bit extra, then added splatters with the leftover color - as well as some gold splatters. I heat embossed my sentiment for this one in white on a strip of black cardstock, added a row of machine stitching around the panel before mounting the sentiment strip with foam adhesive over the top. Finished off with a few of the new Gold Confetti Mix - another new LOVE!!!

Have you been having fun with STAMPtember? What have been your favorite sets so far! I would love to hear which ones you've fallen in love with or ordered!
